Once you are signed up and approved by ALSTON INC. You will be qualified to receive a set of ALSTON flooring display rack and sample boards. (Fees apply. Please check with your local representative for details)
Our Premium display rack measures approx. 38" (W) X 22" (D) X 7' (H) and weights about 78 lbs. per unit when empty and 200 lbs when stocked. The Premium rack holds 30 pieces of 11" x 16" sample boards OR 20 pieces of 16" x 21" samples.
The Tier Drop / Waterfall rack measures approx. 12" (W) X 31" (D) X 36" (H) and weights about 30 lbs. when empty and 140 lbs when stocked. This Waterfall rack holds 13 pieces of 19" x 24" samples boards.
Please secure a deposit from your customers for requests to take the display sample board home with them. Replacement of the missing sample boards/ molding set on the rack will be at $15.00 per board (set) plus freight. In addition, sample color chips can be given to you free of charge plus freight. This allows your sales staff to give the small flooring chips away for the customers to take home instead of the regular display sample boards.
You are responsible for the loss and/or damages to our display rack and samples boards. You will be billed $150 - $200 for each missing or damaged display rack in your possession and $15.00 for each missing sample board and/ or molding set.
We reserve the rights to move, exchange sample boards or even take away the display privileges of our dealers based on production volumes and other factors determine by ALSTON INC.
